Tier 2: Full Plan Set Production

For teams delivering DD or CD plan sets who need flexible, accurate CAD support.

• Full plan set drafting — scope tailored to your project

• Includes all applicable sheets (layout, grading, planting, irrigation, etc.)

• Cross-referencing of details and symbols included

• Includes 2 rounds of coordinated revisions
  Typical range: $2,500–$6,000+ per project
  Final quote based on sheet count, detail intensity, and coordination level

Tier 3: Construction Detail Sheets

For firms needing full sheets of well-referenced construction details.

• Custom or standard detail drafting

• Typically 5–12 details per sheet

• Includes cross-referencing to applicable sheets
  Starting at: $750–$1,500 per sheet
  Based on number, complexity, and source material

Tier 4: Ongoing Retainer (Monthly)
